After pre-construction work is complete, a schedule will be determined for the actual construction. Schedules are important andWhitmer Decks is committed to completing your deck on time. To accomplish this, the following must be determined:

• Location where materials may be delivered/stored
• Access to the site
• Start/Stop time of construction
• Utilities affected
• Weather
