This house has a really nice view out the back and we wanted to preserve that. We also wanted a screened area for relief from the mosquitoes. Traffic flow was also a concern, so we needed to provide an easy way to get from the back door to the side of the house with the gate while also allowing a free flow to the main part of the backyard. The answer turned out to be a Gazebo that was detached from the house. To keep it out of the way and preserve the view we moved it down low and over to the side. The gazebo features cedar posts, a ceiling fan and upper and lower low voltage lighting. This one should really look cool at night. We also replace the aging fence while we were at it. The new outdoor living space is a great fit to the house and should provide many years of enjoyment to the very nice family that lives there.
