They also wanted two sheds for additional storage. The construction also included replacing a sliding door and converting a window to a door. The screened porch as well as both sheds were wired to provide power outlets and lighting. This brings townhouse living to a new level!

We stripped the decking and the rails from the old deck. Then we re-constructed the decking and railings using EverGrain composite material. Sunbursts were added in the corners and a hanging planter to finish out the project.

The old window between the two new doors then looked so out of place that the owners decided to make a last minute change, and have it replaced with a new one.
