We wanted to maximize the space while staying within the boundaries set by the County, the HOA, the existing conditions in the back yard and the budget. The owner had a design which gave a great start, but we had to modify it slightly to make it work.
The end result fits perfectly on the back of the house and maximizes the space and functionality the owner was looking for.
