Screened Porch and Deck in Leesburg
This project in Leesburg, VA was a fun build and a big upgrade to how the homeowners use their backyard. They wanted a clean, low-maintenance deck for dining and grilling, plus a screened porch where they could relax out of the sun and bugs. As always, our goal was make it feel like it always belonged on the house would hold up to Northern Virginia weather.

Screened Porch
Sun and Insect Protection
The low maintenance porch provides protection from the elements and bugs. Whether enjoying a nice breeze with sun protection or the sound of a rain storm on the shingled roof, this space is built to use in all weather conditions and will hold up to the worst storms.
Porch Floor – C Select Tongue & Groove
The porch floor is C-Select tongue and groove, giving it a classic, tight-finished porch look.
New Door Installed Inside the Porch
For direct access into the porch, we opened an existing window and installed a new 96″ tall full-view glass door. Door installation is often a necessary aspect of our projects in order to give client’s access to the porch without walking through the unprotected deck area.
Versatex PVC Trim
All key trim details were done in Versatex PVC so which will not rot and allows for far less maintenance over time. Versatex PVC is a top of the line product that will not yellow and does not need surface preparation before painting. This porch has PVC trim with no paint, but the cortex fastener system provides a completely seamless aesthetic.
