The home was set up perfectly for the addition of this large deck and screened porch. The yard backs to woods and there was plenty of room to get creative. The design we settled on included a screened porch with an open section for the grill off the main level of the house. The lower deck surrounded a hot tub. Evergrain was used for all open sections while the screened porch contrasts with wood. The composite on the lower deck utilizes two colors to give it a more interesting look and to tie the color of the tub in. A shed was also constructed under the screened porch to take advantage of the space to add some much needed storage. The photographs don’t really do this one justice. There are lights everywhere and the hot tub actually puts on a light show. Very Cool! This job was very enjoyable and I was a bit sad to see it end. The owners were great to work with and the job just went smoothly from beginning to end.
