The size and shape of the deck in the backyard worked well, but needed replaced. Not a problem. Replaced and upgraded with a better bench, stairs and a section of railing for the grill.
The front porch had been reworked twice already and the owner wanted the third time to be a charm and the last time. Synthetic materials for the flooring, lattice and trim means that this will be the last time they need to do anything.
What a great facelift to the front and rear of this house!
