They had a screened porch, but they didn't use it because it was too far from the house and off the lower level.
They had a big open deck, but it was too hard to access. The only door was on the side of the house.
We fixed all of that!
We added a door where the bay window was and put a screened porch just outside of the kitchen where it would be used all the time.
This deck had many things going on:
- Composite with hidden fasteners throughout.
- Cypress walls and ceiling.
- Latticed area underneath with lighting.
- Low voltage accent lights everywhere.
- A bench with lights beneath.
- Cedar railing with metal balusters.
It just fit the bill perfectly and this family will be enjoying it for many many years to come.
