They had their open deck for 20 years and it was time for a change. Initially they thought of replacing with a new open deck. Initially they thought of replacing with a new open deck. After talking about it for a while we all decided that they had a great back yard with a great view and should take more advantage. A new screened porch was the answer. There is an still an open deck portion for grilling. The open deck is Evergrain weathered wood composite for low maintenance. This deck features pipe ballusters and the full lighting package on the screened porch and the open deck. There was also a tripping problem with the existing brick patio. We determined that rope lighting around the permiter at the transition to the yard was the answer. The project turned out wonderful and the owner said It actually turned out better than I had imagined. Enjoy your new outdoor living space!
